. Chapter 1 . Chapter 2 . Chapter 3 .
1) Rank Hierarchy: The rank hierarchy of WS can be broken into two types of members: operatives and officers. Operatives are regular members with no responsibilities or power in the administrative and decision making aspects of the company. The hierarchy of operative members is based on temporal seniority. Officers are the leaders of the corporation. They are appointed by members of the Board of Directors, who are themselves executive officers. Officers will be allowed to join two divisions; however, they cannot have an officer’s rank in both. For example, the Chief Production Officer is head of the Production Division and is allowed to be in the Naval Division at the same time, but in the Naval Division, the highest rank he may only participate as a member. He would therefore have no administrative or leadership role to play in the Navy. The function of this is so that officers do not take on too much responsibility and become swamped with tasks to perform. Operatives who have no officer ranks in any division may only be in one division at a single time. Only officers may be in the Command Division departments. 1.1) Operatives: 1.1.1) Recruit: A member has Recruit status for one week after joining the corporation. He has access to the forums and the WS-Freelance Division chat window. Recruits are automatically placed in the Freelance Division for the duration of the time that they WSupy the Recruit rank. 1.1.2) Junior Operative: Junior Operatives start at one week old and go up to one month old in the corporation. They can choose to join a division other than the Freelance Division, and have access to that division’s hangar. 1.1.3) Operative: Operatives are 3 month old up to 5 months old in the corporation. 1.1.4) Senior Operative: Senior Operatives are from 5 months old to 8 months in the corporation. 1.1.5) Elite Operative: Elite Operatives are from 8 months old in the corporation and on. 1.2) Officers: 1.2.1) Regular Officers: There are three regular officer types: Junior Officer, Officer, and Senior Officer. Officers may climb the ranks by proving to the executive officers their loyalty and dedication to the corporation through hard work and diligence. 1.2.2) Executive Officers: Executive officers are the only members of WS that reside on the Board of Directors. They are also the only ones allowed to lead a Command Division department. 1.2.2.1) Assistant Chief Divisional / Command Department Officer: Assistant to the Chief, this officer helps the Chief Officer perform his tasks and replaces him when the Chief Officer is not online. Assistant Chiefs are junior partners in the corporation, as they are issued 25 shares each. 1.2.2.2) Chief Divisional / Command Department Officer: Divisional heads, or heads of Command Division departments are senior partners of the corporation, as they are issued 100 shares each. 1.2.2.3) Chief Executive Officer: The Chief Executive Officer, or C.E.O. is Loki Prime. He is the founder and owner of the corporation, and reserves the right to own the combined total number of shares of the junior and senior partners, plus one. The C.E.O. is head of the Command Division. 2) Corporate Roles: The manuals for corporate roles for each division/department can be found in their respective divisional/departmental forum boards once they are completed and available. |
